Anna was a pleasure to work with. When we met with her for the first time, it was obvious that she was very knowledgeable about the short sale process which to us made a difference between a painless short-sale vs. horror stories you hear about. From the time we got an offer on our house, to the time it closed it took short 3.5 months – Anna was on top of everything each step of the way, really knew the process, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. I personally appreciated how comfortable she was with what technology has to offer ranging from using electronic documents to save time on signatures, to being very prompt with emails. For somebody like myself, who is always online, I was really happy that we can easily communicate over my preferred method. I would definitely recommend her!
